Outlook mail is not a Microsoft 365 license
A mailbox package should not be mistaken for a paid productivity subscription. If you need desktop apps, business administration or a particular storage allowance, ask about those items separately. Compare the actual inclusions rather than relying on the Outlook name.
Browser access or a mail client?
Explain whether you need browser sign-in or access through a specific supported application. A working password alone does not settle every client compatibility question. Confirm the required sign-in method and recovery details before choosing a large quantity.
Organize the mailbox handover
Check each delivered item against your order and keep credentials in a password manager. Assign a responsible owner to each mailbox if several people are involved. For missing access, contact support with the order details and avoid sending full passwords in an open conversation.
